that was the movie about what would happen if a nuclear bomb exploded. "The Day After Tomorrow" was in the early 2000 and about when weather explode. They found a person who looked just like Dick Cheney to play the VP of the US and deny that there was anything wrong up until he realized that everything was going wrong weather wise.
