i can't imagine they will let you escapt the hospital without either seeing that you have an escort or wheeling you down to the front door in order to be sure you have an escort.

12. I'm really not...

We have a psych ARNP who comes in once a week to evaluate new patients and refill prescriptions.

Usually, I keep a running tally through the week of new patients who come in to establish for mental health care. I make special notes of all the patients who report a past medical history of ADHD and say they want Adderall. I forward the list to our ARNP so that she gets a heads-up for the workday.
