mayo? (only exception might be sonoran dogs, but then you must have all the other goodies: bacon tomato, pinto beans, queso menonito, onions, jalepenos, and crema would still be better than mayo)

Haven't stopped in Bisbee for a long time. Last time I ate there I think I was doing jury duty and ate at a place downhill near the courthouse. I think it was kind of a Cajun influenced place if I recall.

Usually if I am going through it is because I am going to Mexico and then I like to go to La Heradura in AP.

but I usually stop at 3 so there's room for baked beans and potato salad.

And I like my dogs (Hebrew National) like I like my potato salad: With mustard.
