I'm making mushroom and mozzarella turkey burgers with parmesan sweet potato oven fries

1. That sounds really good! Actually, today I made a second batch of egg rolls

with a Thai sweet chili sauce for dipping. The egg rolls are a lot of work to roll up and fry, but they are so good. Now I'm just surfing the net while he's working tonight, and trying to get ideas for where to go on Valentine's Day.

I love sweet potato fries! Enjoy.

I made a big batch of sweet and sour chicken tonight.

6. slice them up into frie-sized slices, about 1/8" thick

spread them on a cookie sheet, brush them with olive oil and season. I like to give them a light sprinkle of cajun spice. Then pop in oven and broil them until the tops are browning, flip, brush them with oil, season, and pop them in again.

MMMMMmmmm....loves me some cajun-spiced sweet potato fries!
