I just found this interesting. I was trying to convince a friend he should really try a new media than floppy disks. (Note, this is a 2010 article.)

Floppy disks: headed for the museum, or treasured home for your data? When Sony said this week it was halting the production of floppy disks, the Magazine set out to discover who still buys and uses this anachronistic computer storage medium.

likes to much. ... had a camera that used them. That's been upgraded too. Now, what about his IBM Selectric typewriter.
