it is and has been a clever ad campaign since day one.

I like the fact that they are stretching her character a bit.

And FWIW, I insure with GEICO, so there you go. Also maker of clever ads!

There's a Progressive booth in some public place, and Flo is there and talks to them. I think it's real; their reactions are priceless.
