"Manufacturer packaged my antenna wrong. Thanks, Obama!!"

I'm researching digital antennas, and came across this one-star review by a disgruntled consumer who seems to feel everything is working against him (bolding is mine):

"Insufficient specification information

I purchased an Antennas Direct HDTV Antenna but now I have to waste fuel taking it back to the store because the idiots that packaged the product included an AC adaptor that does not match the antenna. To make matters worse, The manufacturer was careless and didn't even bother to provide specifications for the required power for this unit, nor is it even marked on the product, so I can't even test the device before returning it to the store for exchange. I am not even sure if the device will work to begin with since the federal government essentially killed broadcast TV when they forced vhf and uhf broadcasters to shut down several years ago while promising that there would be HDTV broadcast channels to replace them. Now I have to return the antenna due to the carelessness of the manufacturer and then may have to return it again if I discover it does not receive any channels."
