Does anybody have any credible knowledge about this revolting piece of news about homosexuals protesting in the manner of monkeys at the zoo? I got the link from "social media" and my fervent impression is that it's fiction.

I am hoping somebody on DU can debunk and/or lend some background to this preposterous bit of pseudo-news.

Please please please I am in no way what so ever trying to slip conservative or Christian propaganda in to DU. This just strikes me as bogus and preposterous and incomprehensible and I have a hard time believing there is any truth to this.

My gut tells me this post will be taken as some kind of stealth Christian propaganda attempt to poison the minds of DU readers. I think you all have enough critical thinking abilities to realize that is not my intention. My intentions were described above and this reeks of desperate propaganda by fanatical anti-gay Christians.

I have never met another person in my 61 years on this planet capable of even doing such a disgusting act.

Posting a bigoted rant and asking if anyone has "credible knowledge about this revolting piece of new about homosexuals" is uncool. It isn't as though the bigoted rant provides anything in the realm of credible knowledge.

Even if, just for the sake of argument, we accepted without evidence the claim these bigots make (and it isn't as though they offer evidence--the story lacks details, names, quotes, etc.), then so what? Does that really tell us anything about anything other than that small group of specific people? Does it really, as the bigot claims in the article, justify draconian laws against the gay community such as one finds in Russia? Of course not.
