(2,382 posts)... is the second accident pic I've seen of an 18-wheeler whose trailer carried that unfortunate slogan. The other one had the trailer's roof peeled off by an overpass that could have used a teensy-weensy bit more clearance.
Drivers gotta read they trailers!

(35,667 posts)"Must resist switching the heating on...." is what's going on around here.
We put the comforter into the duvet cover this weekend, and now all three kitties have pretty much camped out there. At night, we're allowed in, but only because we add to the warmth.
So many laughs, so thank you, SCE! Loved the little piggie in the red shoes, and the two little owls are so precious.

(20,886 posts)He caught himself a mouse and had no idea what to do with it. He wondered around for hours with it in his mouth making rrrawr sounds. Finally he put it down, and my other, very smart cat, walked over and promptly devoured it. I think the Siamese was relieved to be done with the responsibility. And that was the end of his mousing days.
Poor Blue. He was obviously standing at the end of the line when it came time to hand out smarts.

(18,219 posts)Resist turning the heat on---after two days of freezing, I gave in to the relief of the cats.
Cobweb kitty happens at my house too often, from the basement.
Crumbs in the empty cat food bag are so enticing that I have to take it out to the trash immediately or I can't sleep.
And should I mention what the broom is used for here?
Thanks Salmon....I always love these.

(27,799 posts)I especially loved:
-- Leopard cub (Big Cat Rescue)
-- Guy in the water with all those otters
-- Box of spare cats
-- the 2 puppies sleeping together
-- Crumbs are still noms
-- the 10 puppies (Yellow Labs?)
-- On the road to success there are no shortcuts
Have a great week, SCE

(557 posts)Is a Bobcat or maybe a Lynx. Recently two bob cubs that were a pound each when they were found near Houston, were rehabilitated and returned to the wild. Pics and vids @ the link.

What a heartwarming story!
I'm sending a check to the Wildlife Center of Texas.
They are bobcat cubs (Bobkittens)..not leopard cubs.
