Wash it down with a couple cans of Mississippi Mud while you're at it!

I kinda like my rock on the heavy side (although I'm a bit of a goth/industrial electronica girl, I do love my hard rock and metal), but I thought that was a terrific R&B number.

Let me throw one at'cha. This is the latest from Band-Maid (released Feb 14). It's easy to initially dismiss them as just a gimmick: cute young Japanese women in maid outfits, grabbing onto that odd "maid cafe" thing. But holy crap can they write (and play) a catchy hard rock track! Plus, any band that releases a song called "Alone" on Valentine's Day has my love!

(turn it up...trust me)

...among those that were produced recently. Interestingly, in my opinion, the song gets increasingly better as it goes along.
Thanks.
