Friday Night Beer and Whiskey Buzz...

First half of the week: horrible.

Second half: wonderful.

Today was a glorious reminder of why I got in to medicine. And as burned out as I am, I'm so happy I do what I do.

I love my patients...

Okay, the booze is talking...

but only a little...

The rest is me...
