(34,300 posts)With a bit more energy than these two. Somehow she gets the message across to younger and more aggressive foster kitties that she is NOT to be messed with.

(35,422 posts)Years ago there was a restaurant in Greenwich called "The Boxing Cat." We went there frequently. The logo was hilarious, showing a cat with boxing gloves. The restaurant closed many years ago and alas, no logo survives on Google images.

(31,316 posts)We had two big boy kitties who would play at attacking each other, but they never did the paw slapping like that. That's really hilarious.

(46,179 posts)I've had to separate them with a bucket of water. It's not pretty.
My adhd bipolar kitty doesn't share well. It's been a year since I took in a stray, and she still antagonizes him. Which is interesting, because he's twice her weight and much, much bigger; she's petite, he's a maine coon cross. He mostly ignores her, until he's finally had it, and goes after her. At which point, she's howling, spitting, and TERRIFIED. But she always starts it. If she does't want to play or cuddle, which, in the beginning, he was open to, she could ignore him like he ignores her. She just can't bring herself to do that, though.
