Obama is standing on a torn up Constitution and he is trying to save it. There is also money all over the ground. All the Democratic Presidents are turned away from the guy on the bench, while the republicans seem to be reaching out to him. I noticed Trump is missing from the painting.

I have no clue what the hell it is supposed to signify.
