A last post from the Long Beach aquarium

I don't recall ever having seen jelly fish tanks before. Tom Kitten's photos got me interested enough to go visit. Man, I could have sat and stared at those tanks for hours.

These are just magnificent pictures of incredibly beautiful creatures!

I love your images, and now I want to go see them too!

We only went once, and the place had hordes of school kids...I would rather be there when it's less crowded and noisy.

We have discounted admission in the afternoons.

It was up here in Washington State: Lion's mane jellies and moon jellies. Oh, and also a little creature known as a humpback whale.
