and thanks to my camera (and OLD over the counter glasses,) I can see to post after cataract surgery. Can't get out into the weather today! MD suburb of DC.

and getting COLDER! Was 20-something then, 30 now, sun's out,

21 forecast for 7 a.m!

3. Tomorrow we are to be

in the single digits for wind chill. Day off tomorrow and I am staying inside. A good day to do some of those inside tasks that one likes to avoid, like cleaning out old files and putting away the Christmas decorations that are packed up.

6. I didn't take this shot, but back in '05,

we had several weeks in a row where we got a huge dump of snow. It was higher than my big dog's shoulders in our back yard. Anyway, a friend in Denver saw this & posted it on FB.
