The Di Rosa Museum/Gallery.

The sheep greet you as you pass by on Hwy 12. I think they were done by Veronica Di Rosa.

The Landscaping is wonderful.

Unfortunately my timing sucked. They had just finished the tours for the day and were setting up a new exhibit so my wandering around was limited. The architecture is very industrial, corrugated metal, exposed utilities etc. This is inside the silo, which I found more interesting than the small exhibit set up there.

The last time I was there was before it was actually open, and René, and I think, Veronica were still alive. The link will tell you a little about the collection. I actually have a piece from their collection. They donated it for a fund raiser for Napa Valley artists, and I bought it. However, the damned thing is so depressing I have it hung behind a door. Doesn't help that the artist committed suicide, either.

The grounds do look lovely. Spring is really busting out around here.
