Wife of man who filmed Eric Garner chokehold by NYPD cop busted over attack footage, cops say

The wife of the man who recorded the shocking video of Eric Garner chokehold death has been arrested for assault — a vicious attack that was also caught on video, authorities said.

Chrissie Ortiz, 30, allegedly pounded on a 35-year-old woman outside a Bay St. store Tuesday. The women were arguing after the victim made a snide comment about hubby Ramsey Orta’s video at about 5:30 p.m., cops said.

“Ortiz went after her,” said witness Tomas Rosano, 31. “(The victim) fell to the ground and Ortiz just punched her on the face over and over.”
