ALBANY Governor Andrew Cuomo signed the legislation on Tuesday that will now put the issue of legalizing casino gaming before the voters in November.
If it passes, it would pave the way for four destination casino resorts upstate including one, and the possibility of two, in the Catskills.

(535 posts)It sucked.
Nothing but nickel slot machines and extremely limited wins.
I won my money back by scratching a New York Lottery ticket on my way out.

I prefer live gaminig.
What was the name of the casino there? It was so forgettable that when you posted it, it brought back memories of that sad dump.

Believe me - I've been on buses to Atlantic City. There ought to be places where people can gamble close by.
I live in Colorado, and I don't even gamble at my nearby Blackhawk/Central City casino very often, but I know they're there if I want to throw away money.
