Interfaith Medical Center Files Request For Permission To Close With Bankruptcy Court

NY1News

Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn has taken another step towards closing its doors.

The facility filed a request for permission to close with bankruptcy court Wednesday.

If the court approves the request during a hearing on August 15, the hospital will begin diverting ambulances and scaling down operations until complete closure in September.

Interfaith also filed a request to close with the state last week.
