Pardon my anger but the people who head elections in this city are complete MORONS!

Machines not showing up on time, Machines breaking down, and polling spots not opening on time.

They should be removed!

No one's been able to budge them. Even Giuliani tried and failed.

I don't even trust them to count the votes fairly.

That said.... voting was quick and EZ at midmorning where I am. Old manual voting machines only.

No scanners. But wait: they're bringing back the scanners for the general, the election worker told me.
