Remember the time Corbett used Secret Grand Jury to Unmask his Twitter Critics?

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/05/19/tom-corbett-subpoenaes-tw_n_581618.html

On This Day in Corbett History:

Two years ago this week, it was revealed that Attorney General Tom Corbett had actually convened a secret Statewide Grand Jury to issue a subpoena to Twitter Inc. to try to force them to identify the two people who were regularly criticizing Corbett on the web.

Twitter was ordered in the subpoena to not even reveal that they had received the order. However, Twitter showed their chutpah, and went to the national media to unmask Corbett instead. Corbett never did find out their identities. Casablancapa continues to provide anonymous and very well-informed criticism of Corbett on his blogspot blog.

Casablancapa believes that Corbett later recruited two different people involved with plea bargin deals to try to unmask Casablanca's identity. They emailed Casablanca claiming they had incriminating evidence, but insisted on mailing the material directly to a home address.

Casablanca told them that if they were so inept that they couldn't scan the documents and email them, then he didn't want to see what they had to offer.
