If the Dems controlled the Legislature, there would have been a much better bill enacted 2 years ago. However, they don't. This is the best bill that is going to be adopted by this legislature and this governor. It is a huge improvement from the previous proposals.

It's the best that can be done.

Stealing municipal zoning rights from rural communities, thereby eliminating the right of communities to say "NO" to fracking, is a huge betrayal of the public trust, and I resent the theft bitterly.
