The Epilepsy Outreach program at Parkland cares for Dallas County residents, 18 years of age and older, with limited income and lack of insurance. Medicare and some forms of Medicaid are also accepted on a temporary basis until patients are linked to permanent care.
I am so excited! It's as close to Universal Healthcare in Texas as we have come....

Happy surprise to see people value more than just money. I had a friend who worked all her life in the same home for severely handicapped and abused children. She never made much money, but she is the happiest person I know. May your happiness be as great.
(PS. it wasn't just helping the children that she loved so much, it was that the people there were all so caring and loving
