However, historically Cuero usually has some of the better teams in this part of the state.

and then Wharton came back in the second half to win 35-13.

Cuero has 6' 7" receiver who only caught one pass for 7 yards; meanwhile snapped the ball low about 60% on the plays and then on some other plays he snapped the ball over the head of the quarterback and punter. The quarterback is also too short to be effective.

Wharton had better size, but made a lot of mistakes in the first half.

Cuero hit the goalpost on one of their extra points and Wharton hit the goalpost on a FG attempt.

Both bands were small with under 50 members and they still need to work on marching fundamentals. I am sick and tired of hearing the "Hey Song" also. Texas bands in general have sucked since about 2000 when they revamped the educational programs and the size of most bands shrunk by about 40%.
