More Texas Political Corruption affecting Cases (involves cohorts of Texas Atty General)

Just recently we discovered the original search warrant for DNA evidence was not included in the evidence to the jury. A faked and embellished search warrant was used with forged signatures.

Also the Court of Criminal Appeals refuses to remand the case properly back to the Trial Court to complete the record. Links below.

Just figured out why the Court of criminal appeals seems to be doing everything illegal to avoid forcing the local Judge to complete the record. The local Judge Ray Wheless is now running for the Court of Criminal appeals himself.
