A former Houston hand surgeon is accused of choking a flight attendant during an international flight last month.
When that same attendant returned to serve Brown his meal, she told air marshals that Brown stood up, spilling his meal, and grabbed her around the neck with both hands. She says he asked her if she's a strong woman while he squeezed her neck.
Poor grammar usage there

Court records state Brown told law enforcement he did not remember the incident on the flight and that he is a "touchy feely" person, not violent, and that he may have touched a flight attendant, but not in a violent or inappropriate way.
This is not Brown's first brush with the law. Back in 2011, he went to trial, accused of beating his then-wife Rachel Brown. He was found not guilty.

The 54-year-old doctor is also not practicing medicine anymore, but not because he retired voluntarily. Brown was stripped of his medical license in 2006 over cocaine use.

And the CFO of his corporation had to take the Fifth Amendment in the November 2012 divorce proceedings with another wife.
Yes, he is a wonderful person.

(68,918 posts)He had this commercial running ( a few years back ) where he was seated with his whole family and it ended with his youngest daughter sitting on his lap saying, "Daddeeee's little girl..." which wouldn't have been creepy if it wasn't a 1. hand surgery commercial and 2. in the midst of his battery trial.

(112,249 posts)and was surprised that any TV station would run it. This guy should be on the "down low" and try to avoid any publicity.
It makes you wonder if he shouldn't be in prison, but for his money. Apparently he knows the price of justice and has paid for it.

Brown is charged with intimidating and interfering with the duties of a flight attendant, a federal offense. He faces six months behind bars if convicted.
To post bail, Dean specified, Brown must put up $500,000 in cash.
