Foreclosure fraud hearing in Seattle 11/30

Friends,

There will be an important Foreclosure Fraud hearing this Friday November 30, 2012, at the Federal Court House in Seattle (700 Stewart) from 11 am to noon in the Courtroom of Judge Pechman. The case is Mickelson versus Chase Bank. The Mickelson’s are asking the federal court to rule that Chase Bank wrongfully foreclosed on the Mickelson’s home due to robo-signing and MERS slicing and dicing the mortgage to the point where no one knows who the actual note holder is. This is an extremely important case and we are hoping that anyone who can make it will attend this hearing to show support for the thousands of homeowners in our State who have been wrongfully foreclosed on by the Wall Street banksters. For more information, contact Michelle Darnelle at the Scott Stafne law firm, 360-403-8700.
Regards, David Spring

PS: Please pass this information along to anyone you know who may be interested in opposing the Wall Street banksters. Below is the link to the event on Facebook in case you want to invite your friends.
