I think Scutt Walker cares not whether he is helping or hurting anyone. I think he is a sociopath who knows only ambition and sees his present course of action as his best chance of getting to be President just like his hero, Ronny Raygun.
You might be right too. I think Reagan honestly believed he was helping. Walker seems more a cross of Dubya and Nixon than he resembles Reagan to me, though
