Related: About this forumIs Bob Geldor really caring for the world?
http://forces.tv/71809924Here he is praising UK troops and NHS staff for tackling Ebola. Then he re-started the so called Live Aid song again (which personally sucks in tune). What exactly is Geldof campaigning for?

OP
Yes; but in a somewhat condescending way. His portrayal of Africa is not very accurate

(1,735 posts)1. It appears
he's doing a lot more for ebola patients that those of us who sit at our computers and dissing those who do.
how do you know what those are "dissing' really do? Are you NSA/GCHQ and prying on my everyday moves?

Still, any help in treating and preventing Ebola is better than no help in treating and preventing Ebola.

If people keep taking pot shots at those trying to help others, then we will end up with nobody helping anybody else.
There is also at least 1 African song out there to raise funds for anti-Ebola efforts. The one I've heard is a lot better then "Do They Know It's Christmas", which IMHO might have reached the end of it's shelf life.
