Got a question hope this is the right place for it.

I have a 42 inch television that I use for watching tv & also have connected via HDMI as my computer monitor. I watch a lot of tv and I am on DU so I have to decide which one I want to do.

So today I went out and bought an acer tablet, I'm waiting the four hours to let the battery fully charge. So finally my question is, is it easy to navigate DU on a tablet? And are there any tips I should know?

Thanks in advance.

Another option would be a digital TV tuner for your computer.. Fumesucker Feb 2012 #3

...Try tinkering with the mobile device setting in http://www.democraticunderground.com/?com=myaccount to see what works for you. I've got an android phone box I use, and find opera mini quite good...
Hope one of these helps.

Then you could watch TV and do the internet at the same time with a 42" screen.

That's what I do, local channels from an antenna to a USB tuner into the computer, you can do the same with cable but I don't have it.

There are units from about $30 on up, this is one of the better ones.
