Avatar not working

I have a jpg, 6kb, and it won't load. I don't receive an error message. It seems to work. But, the avatar doesn't change

Any ideas of what is wrong?

Thanks for any help

Mary

1- Totally clear out your browser cache and cookies. PITA but it might help. You'll have to login to DU all over again.

2- If that doesn't work, try uploading the jpg file all over again. Happy Saturday Mary!

Probably an easier (and better) first step to see if the issue is the browser using a cached image.
