I've had that issue a few times with the latest Firefox (but not before). PoliticAverse Nov 2012 #1
I love Firefox but sometimes their updates need a lot of tweaking. lalalu Nov 2012 #3

Just wondering have you done any recent upgrades or changes?

There could also be a memory hog running somewhere. Did you check processes on Windows Task Manager.?

Do you also run CCleaner if online for a long time? It can clear the cache really quick. You can download it free from Cnet.

Internet Exploder.. I mean Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera?

You really should be using something other than Internet Exploder.. I mean explorer. It's the least secure.

I work as a tech for a local county government, and our programmers still sometimes call it "Windows 2003."

Download Firefox and/or Chrome. You will not have so many problems with web sites.
