My laptop is freaking out--occasionally blinking circles, blinking Firefox icons,

inability to view some videos, inability to post pics sometimes,and "adobe flash has crashed" messages.

What gives?

Firefox and Flash have not been playing well together the last several months.

In Firefox, go into "Tools", then "Add-ons", and click "Check to see if your plugins are up to date".

Follow the instructions for any that are red, particularly Flash.
