Hugs to the posters of this group and to all Hillary supporters on DU!

Hillary Clinton Room Post

It is already getting ugly and we have a long primary ahead of us. I get not everyone supports Hillary or even likes her. It will be a contested primary with good candidates with good people. I just hope that while the passions are high we can remember we are all Democrats and want the best for this nation.

I support Hillary because I think she is ready for the job. I think she has proven herself to be ready to handle the challenges that will come the presidents way. I never claimed to agree 100 percent with her but I believe she is a tried and true Democrat.

I need to remember that I need a thicker skin at times. I know some things are said in the heat of the moment and that passions will be running hiigh here over the course of the primaries.

I am so glad that we have this room and that we have great hosts. Thanks you for ehat you guys do.

Hugs to you all.

I voted for her before and she is my 1st choice for 16. I do hope there is a vigorous primary with lots of debate.
During the absurd obama vs hillary nastiness, I avoided all obama bashing even though I supported hillary. Obama won fair and square so I had no problem immediately pivoting to supporting him. If hillary is not nominated I will support who ever it is. I am a democrat. I vote for democrats.

I will support either if they and the nominee. I do have concerns if either can win and will address that here but will not say a thing against them personally.

I hope that puma does not come back because i see somd saying if Hillary wins they won't support her.

Dirty Words on Clean Skin by Anita Finlay. Talk about bringing back memories of '08! I still have battle wounds and from the looks of things '16 is going to be just as tough if not tougher.

I think Hillary is a winner. This purist stuff is bullshit.

If supporters have the stomach for it, we should counter them.

Anti-HRC'ers would counter by saying "Hillary does not have Democrats' best interests at heart."

The Republican agents are proven masters at linguistics and propaganda manipulation. They are here. They will gleefully jump on the anti-Hillary bandwagon at Democratic Underground.

Seems people have selective memory loss and have forgotten what condition this country was in when he took office. Also add to that our international relations which were mended thanks in large part to his first Secretary of State.

and her stand on the issues are easy to find. She has world experience and the US is not a lone country anymore. I ask "anti-third way" what was bad about the issues DLC has determined, guess what, did not answer one issue, ergo, they don't know, just the chatter the third way is bad. The same ones says no one listens to them about the minimum wage issue, wrong, this is not a new surprise on the scene by progressives, it has been an issue for many years, in fact the first minimum wage was in 1947. They probably do not know the DLC is wanting to set up grants for college students, but again they say the DLC does not listen.
