Fortunately, his view did not prevail.

The financial collapse of the world economy and a domestic unemployment rate of 25% would have resulted. I guess this could be considered a "judgment" issue.

He had plenty of cover on this vote.

The whole point of TARP was O-M-G! I guess he didn't get the memo?
