Most of the polling emphasized to date has been the Iowa caucuses and the New Hampshire primary polls, and polls of other states have flown under the radar. Now that Iowa and NH are in our rear view mirror, it time to focus on recent polling in the other states. Courtesy of Real.ClearPolitics.com:

(6 posts)This is my first post to DU although I have read it for a very long time. As a Hillary supporter I am extremely concerned with what I am seeing in the voting public. I cannot name the poll but a just released poll for Nevada shows a 45 - 45 tie. Hopefully this is just an outlier but please someone talk me off the ledge. I cannot envision a Bernie Sanders presidency.

(198 posts)Free Bacon, who, if you look at their website, seems like an anti-Hillary site. Their poll has it tied 45-45, but also noted that Hillary has actually gained a point since NH, so take those poll results with a grain of salt. Nevada is a very tough place to poll as it is.

It's interesting that, with questions that loaded, they still couldn't push it further than a tie!

(4,667 posts)The last poll there was Clinton 44, Sanders 41, Clinton +3. That's within the margin of error! That's 16 pledged delegates in the bag, baby!

(1,968 posts)How will we ever live without Vermont's delegates?

(5,648 posts)....making a big push to get commitments from all of Vermont's super delegates so that Bernie will not even win his home state.
Ooooh, imagine the ruckus that would cause.

(1,968 posts)Sanders has 2 to Clinton's 4.

...and I had not realized that Madame Secretary was up to 415 to the Senator's 14.

(6 posts)Glad to hear that Free Beacon poll is an outlier. I am sure that it will be spun differently in the general discussion threads. By the way I don't think I have seen this site as virulently anti a democratic candidate ever. That really concerns me that someone as distinguished as Secretary Clinton is being held up as the devil. I don't mind reading policy critiques of a candidate, but the level of right wing talking points makes me wonder who is trolling this site.
