the constitution says it requires a 2/3 vote. God-given Hair simply said the 2/3 rule doesn't apply.

I'm trying to dig up all this "evidence" they have on this guy but I'll await the VenezuelaAnalysis piece to see what's up.

What I thought was crazy is that Capriles is personally calling for protest. 2002 coup all over again? If Maduro starts shooting people...
