Serra's bodyguards detained (murdered chavista deputy backed by various paramility groups)

Serra's bodyguards left him alone the night of the murder which is rather strange. 4 bodyguards and others have been detained. There are also cameras around that residence but for some reason the government isn't releasing footage.

Probably safe to rule out Obama, Uribe, and the opposition since if they actually had some proof on them they would present it publicly.
