The former president was tracked to a building on Brickell Avenue by a La Prensa reporter.

Former President Ricardo Martinelli is in Miami, reported Radio Panama yesterday after disclosing photographs in which he appears at an Argentine restaurant accompanied by two women.
Former President Ricardo Martinelli is in Miami, reported Radio Panama yesterday after disclosing photographs in which he appears at an Argentine restaurant accompanied by two women.
Today, a journalist for La Prensa was in the Atlantis building on Brickell Avenue in Miami. He asked the concierge for Ricardo Martinelli, and was told he was not there "at this time."
The restaurant where the photos were taken is six blocks from Atlantis.
Martinelli has not made any public appearances since attending the plenary session of the Central American Parliament (Parlacen) in Guatemala Jan. 28. His plane then traveled to United States, Canada, Ireland and Italy, where it remains. Only the pilots were on board.
The Supreme Court voted last week to investigate him on corruption charges, and his lawyers have claimed he will return to Panama at the end of the month.

A lot of people have speculated he is hiding in Italy as a guest of his friend, Silvio Berlusconi.
