The new president of the United States, Donald Trump, said today at a press conference in the White House that "the Cuban Americans treated me very well in the elections."
The president also announced that Miami-based Cuban-American lawyer Alexander Acosta, who is currently the Dean of the Faculty of Law of the International University of Florida (FIU), would occupy the post of Secretary of Labor in his new government.
In the session he also said that he and Melania Trump had dined with Cuban-American Senator Marco Rubio and his wife, whom he described as "charming." "We had an excellent conversation about Cuba, he has positions similar to ours in Cuba," he noted.
On the occasion, she also mentioned that Melania was a very successful person in her career as a model, who is a very private person and that is one of her greatest qualities, so the things that have said the media about her "are so Unjust ".
"I know she will be an excellent representative of women and the people. Working with her and helping her will be Ivanka, who is a wonderful woman. They are not doing this for money, they are doing it out of conviction, "Trump said during the conference.
