I have doubts we will even get as far as a new drachma. The Eurocrats can't get out of the paper bag they put themselves into. I for one have no desire to help them, either.

Next thing you know, the entire continent of Europe will adopt the dollar as its currency....

which would be a great saving to the dollar, by the way. It might retain hegemony for another decade or two....

only in part. But, I wouldn't put it past them, frankly. They are nuts, and crazy people do crazy things, for reasons that might make perfect sense to them (and only them).

Demeter is right, I forget which one from Syriza met with Jack Lew. Whatever they do has to be better than Grimbo. Something's gotta give.
