Congressman Ellison to host annual Labor Day BBQ

MINNEAPOLIS - Fifth District U.S. Congressman Keith Ellison invites union members and their families to his annual Labor Day weekend barbecue, on Saturday, Sept. 1, from noon to 2 p.m.
The Saturday date this year is a change from previous years, when the event took place on Monday of Labor Day weekend.
This year’s event will be at the same location as last year: Wabun Picnic Area D at Minnehaha Park in Minneapolis. Enter Wabun picnic area from West River Rd. just south of Ford Parkway.
