North Korea's daily threats of war are part of its 3 step psychological tactics to pressure. South Korea and the US to change their policy on Pyongyang and unite its own people.
The first step is a threat of full-scale war.
The second step is deporting all foreigners in North Korea.
The final step is to launch a terror attack on public facilities.
North Korea has consistently and blatantly issued a series of bellicose warnings of provocatios, which are seen as an attempt to put psychological pressure on South Korea and the US.
