2. I think a lot of people are tired of the media blather and contrived scandals...

so we need a combination of pushing back (as we do here on DU) but also let these things play out.

The media might be shamed into doing its job eventually.

A reality in which they do whatever they want and take no responsibility for any fallout.

If the media did its job, the RW couldn't do this, so the RW has worked to control the media.
