Speaking as an elderly person, and for my elderly friends: none of us are against gay marraige! I resent an old freak like George Will lumping us all together into one ugly mess of homophobes and bigots. "It's old people" is an ugly generalization that is simply not true. George Will really needs to look a little closer at his good Republican friends if he wants to see some real bigots.

I know more young people who don't think gays should get married than people my ancient age.
It is religion and environment that engenders the hate, not age.
