Desert tonight

Summer Lemon Cheesecake,
Light and not too sweet. No bake.
Still playing with the recipe.

The only cooking is bringing lemon gelatin up to temp to start the jelling process.
This is from a German recipe and they use lemon gelatin which has no sugar. Sugar is added with the cream
cheese.
