Time is not important - only life important

Also, nothing more important than morning coffee

As in, no morning coffee, then you may get 'messed up'

Breakfast today, will soon be had of freshly cooked oatmeal

Without chickpeas because those durn beans don't go with oatmeal

But first, coffee from my Keurig with sugar because nobody can stop me

I think this is the first time I've posted here. But my fibromyalgia has really messed me up, so I'm here this early morning. Slept in late yesterday and then finally "oozed" out of bed really late, so my schedule is really screwed up.

Morning breakfast for me is going to probably be for me a frozen biscuit with an egg later on. If there are two in the freezer, I like to do a second one with just jelly and butter. But I think there's only one, so I'll do the carb/protein thing, hopefully it'll help me get through the first half of the day.

Hopefully this "episode" will ease off today. We had rain yesterday and the night before, and I'm thinking that's what kicked it into high gear. A nap later in the day probably awaits me... after a trip to the grocery store, I'm afraid (I hate shopping!).

I've been binging on Star Trek: Discovery and found the perfect binge food it seems -- peanut butter straight from the jar, with a spoon, of course (gryn). So, that's breakfast so far. At least it's protein... lol. Biscuit and egg later. I did just find there's a Season 4 and am ecstatic. I'm a trekkie. I laughingly say I live in Star Trek; I only exist here on Earth.

A nap after a grocery store trip sounds like good planning.

I have been waiting for "First Contact" myself onApril 4, 2063, I'll only be 106.

I don't mind being early to bed and early to rise, but being up before 5:00 am just messes everything up for me. Then I'm falling asleep too early, and the cycle just continues.

Today, my breakfast wrap is "deluxe." I had some leftover steak tips from last night and used those for the meat. Egg & cheese, tots and salsa still in there. Very tasty.
