6-Ingredient Flourless Chocolate Cake

Friday mood: just a whole lotta chocolate, preferably in the form of this GLORIOUS 6-ingredient flourless chocolate cake. 😍🤤 Its texture is somewhere between a chocolate truffle and fluffy chocolate mousse (yes, it's *exactly* as amazing as it sounds), and it's ready in about 45 minutes. 🙌 [GLUTEN-FREE]

it used almond flour. it was a hot new thing then.
pastry chef was too good. never any rejects for the help. lol.
