I do it in the oven, with this weather, what does it matter. Parsley and Basil now dried and will sit for a couple of days then I'll put them in a jar.
Today makes 7 days over 96 degrees here in my section of MA Humidity in the 70+ level.. I doubt the oven makes a difference. This weather is beyond anything this old timer has lived thru in my non-air conditioned house.
