White chili, made with chicken.

I have lots of Thai and jalapeno peppers from my garden that I am using.

I made the cannellinis that go in white chili chicken in my slow cooker.

Dessert: hibiscus tea with blueberries and yogurt over a toasted waffle.

1. Hot dogs and beans and onion sauce

2. Burgers and tots.

His with extra sharp cheddar, dill pickles and garden tomatoes. Haven't completely made up my mind what I'm putting on mine yet. It'll either be just garden tomato, slice of sweet onion and dill pickles, or bleu cheese, dill pickles and slice of sweet onion. Having trouble deciding at the moment.

I've been thinking white chicken chili sounds good now that it's getting chilly. Thanks for the reminder.

7. I'm just having a little tonight

Got home late from work and then had a union zoom meeting.

It will be even better tomorrow!

3. Baked turkey breast, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and Brussels sprouts.

4. Brats and chips while I watch The Voice!

We get the battles over and the field of singers narrowed down to half then I will pick my favorite singer. Though I do like Emma Brookes.

5. Caesar salad, baked chicken, orzo with zucchini and tomatoes and persimmons.

6. Chicken salad

I had a couple of chicken thighs left over from a sheet-pan chicken tikka, so I turned it into a curry chicken salad by adding celery, green onion, Kewpie mayo, and a bit of curry powder. Had it with a glass of red wine and called it dinner.

8. Beef

Sirloin medallions marinated in olive oil, red wine and garlic then broiled. Yellow rice with fried onions. Steamed asparagus. Cookies for dessert.

9. Homemade Tom Kha soup

I am using Thai chili too!
